*NB Article 1 of the Decree specifically excludes Properties that fall into the following categories.


  1. Properties that are offered as tourist or holiday accommodation free of any charge.
  2. Dwellings that are rented to the same person for continuous use for more than two months.
  3. Properties located in rural areas that have a specific regulation.
  4. A group of three or more dwellings of the same owner located in the same building or in different developments, are ruled by specific laws relating to Tourist Apartments
